Meta Application Requirements

As a Meta-connected application, ShadiBiodata complies with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Community Standards. Users must also comply with Meta's Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShadiBiodata ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use Meta (Facebook or Instagram) to sign in, you are also bound by Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ShadiBiodata is an online platform that allows users to create, manage, and share marriage biodatas. We provide templates, tools, and social login via Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to help you create professional biodatas for personal use.

3. Meta Login & Authentication

When you use Meta to sign in to ShadiBiodata:

Permitted Uses of Meta Login

  • Sign in to ShadiBiodata using your Facebook or Instagram account
  • Link your Meta account for easy access
  • Authenticate your identity

Prohibited with Meta Login

  • Use Meta login for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access Meta's API beyond authentication
  • Scrape or collect data from Meta
  • Use Meta login to impersonate others
  • Violate Meta's Community Standards

4. Permitted Use

You may use our Service for the following purposes:

Create and download biodatas for personal use
Share biodatas with family, friends, or potential partners
Browse and use our templates for legitimate purposes
Manage your account and subscription
Export your biodata in PDF or other formats
Control your biodata privacy settings

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to do the following:

Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
Create biodatas with false or misleading information
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our templates
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Meta's systems
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Harass, defame, or threaten other users
Use automated bots or scrapers without permission
Impersonate another person or entity
Violate Meta's Community Standards or Platform Terms
Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Our paid plans are processed securely through Razorpay. Key points:

Pricing:All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Refund Policy:We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans.
Payment Processing:Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
Auto-Renewal:Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display your biodata as per your privacy settings.

Meta Content: If you share your biodata on Meta (Facebook or Instagram), their platform terms apply to that content once posted on their platform.

Our Content: The ShadiBiodata name, logo, templates, designs, and all original content are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

8. User Accounts & Meta Connection

When you create an account with Meta login:

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta account
  • •You agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Data Policy
  • •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • •You must be at least 13 years old to have a Meta account (per Meta's requirements)
  • •We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies

9. Meta Platform Compliance

As a Meta-connected application, ShadiBiodata complies with Meta's requirements:

  • We only request the minimum permissions needed for authentication
  • We do not access Meta friends lists or social graph data
  • We do not post to your Facebook or Instagram without explicit consent
  • We comply with Meta's Community Standards for app content
  • We handle user data in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON OUR PLATFORM.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHADIBIODATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF META PLATFORMS OR INTERACTIONS ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM THROUGH OUR SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShadiBiodata and Meta Platforms from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms or Meta's Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Any content you create or share through the Service

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data in connection with Meta Platforms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data received from Meta.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or Meta's Platform Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, especially those related to Meta integration, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
